Important rules

1. Jamat safai chitthi must be submitted with the application.
2. Only completed applications will be considered for discussion during the meeting.
3. The amount and terms of the Qardan Hasana sanctioned, will be at the discretion of the trustees in line with our responsible lending policy. The trustees’ decision will be final.
4. The applicant will be informed of the decision taken on the application.

Guarantors & Jewellery

1. In accordance with the irshadaat of Huzurala (TUS) the applicant will need to offer jewellery.
2. Two guarantors acceptable to the trustees will be required in support of the application.

Repayment of Qardan Hasana

1. Repayment must be made by standing order from applicant account.
2. Third party cheques will not be accepted.
